We’re currently unable to ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland due to recent policy changes.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Your card will be pre-authorised for the purchase amount, but we won’t charge it until we’ve confirmed availability with our suppliers.
If everything’s in stock, we’ll process your payment and get your order ready to ship. If any item is unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorisation and get in touch via email.
Shipping Details
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation. We’ll send you tracking info within 24 hours of dispatch.

Reporting Damage
Please check your order packaging as soon as it arrives. If there’s visible damage, note it with the courier when signing. For any damaged items, email photos to
support@ultraoutdoors.co.uk so we can assist with an insurance claim.
We reserve the right to decline returns for damage caused by misuse, weather-related wear, or incorrect setup. These kinds of issues aren’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty
All items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (unless otherwise noted). If a problem arises during this time, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement after inspection.
Missing or Damaged Goods
All orders should arrive in good condition. If something is missing or appears damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. This also applies if an item is listed as in stock but arrives unusable.
We recommend inspecting everything promptly, even if you don’t plan to use it right away.
We do our best to ensure timely, complete deliveries and cannot cover costs from delays or missing items beyond our control.
Cancellations & Returns
If you need to cancel or return an order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns.
Returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify. A 25% restocking and handling fee will apply to any unopened returns. Once an order has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We'll let you know the return shipping cost based on the item.
We can’t accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are only issued to the same card used for purchase.
